Superb 4 bedroomed villa on the Costa Blanca to rent

We have available, for immediate occupation, a luxury 4 bed villa, which sleeps up to 11 people in comfort. We welcome short and long lets.

On 4 floors, you will have access to a modern (completed April 2005), spacious villa with unparalleled views to the mountains in the West and the unique Flamingo filled salt lake to the North.

With easy access to the town of Torrevieja, 5 minutes by road and also to several quality golf courses within 10-20 minutes drive from La Farola.

The Costa Blanca includes the Spanish coastline from Benidorm in the North to La Manga in the South. It a beautiful area with fantastic scenery, superb beaches, excellent golf and warm and friendy people.

Flying into either Alicante or Murcia airports, you are only 20 minutes from the villa, it couldn't be easier. Car hire can also be arranged, for collection at the airport.

Your villa, being 1 of 11 villas on a select development between Torrevieja and San Miguel, in an area known as Los Balcones, comes complete with a tranquil environment where you can relax beside its beautifully appointed shared pool or soak up the sun in the privacy of its own sun terrace on the top floor.

Catering for yourselves using the local shops and the modern, fully equiped kitchen or eating out in the local bars and restaurants will allow you to take in the local area and enjoy the local dishes.
