Taking Personal Responsibility

If you want, or need, to get something done, one of the major factors which will decide if you will actually succeed is whether or not you take personal responsibility for ensuring that the various steps within the Go-Mad® framework are kept in tune with each other and your personal values.

As an example, you need to undertake a task and your self-belief is, on a scale of 1-10, only a 4-5. Unless you take the necessary steps to increase that value to above a 5, and as close to a 10 as possible, the chances of you actually succeeding in your chosen task are significantly reduced.

In this example, you may need some personal development training in order to increase your self-belief in your ability to accomplish the task.

Only by taking personal responsibility for every aspect of the Go-Mad® framework can you guarantee the best chance of success.
